Quality Control
All orders are checked and inspected for quality issues as part of the standard SOS service.
Any faulty or incorrect items will be replaced prior to packing to ensure minimal problems with your order.
Problems With Your Order
Whilst we aim for zero quality problems, sometimes issues may arise, especially when dealing with natural materials.
In the unlikely event that you do receive items, which are not according to standard, please report the problem directly to the SOS team within 7 days.
In order that we can trace and help identify the cause of any problem, please quote the shipment number plus any packing identification. Photographs of the item would also help us process your problem as quickly as possible.
