Delivery
Lead Time
We generally try to produce all orders within 3 - 4 weeks of confirmation and payment of deposit. Upon placing your order online, we will contact you and provide you with a more accurate completion date.
Raw Materials
Since we do use natural materials for many of our products it is possible that a few may use raw materials that are seasonal. In the event that this impacts the manufacturing time, we will let you know immediately.
Updates
You can track the status of your order at any time via the SOS order system. We will also provide you with updates via email or you may contact one of the SOS team to discuss your order.
